Selatogrel · Suspected acute MI
Selatogrel was injected at home at 2:19 a.m. 911 was called at 2:20. EMS arrives at 2:29 — 9 minutes post-injection. The paramedic on scene has never heard of selatogrel; it's brand new. The patient is still symptomatic but stable. The caregiver has the used auto-injector on the kitchen counter. The ED they're heading to has not seen this drug either.
